Art in Nature Walk, now through August 31, Snoqualmie Valley Trail. The Lee Arts Foundation, Fall City Arts, and North Bend Art & Industry turned the trail into a free open-air gallery. Over 180 artists, art on trees, and all pieces are for sale with 100% going to the artists. Walk or bike the trail between Carnation, Fall City, and North Bend to see it all. Coming up: Festival at Mount Si, August 7 to 9, Si View Park, North Bend. Three days of free live music, a grand parade, vendors, and community fun.

13 Til Midnight plays every Taylor Swift era on the riverbank. Free show, food truck on site, and the Rotary Club's beer and wine garden. Bring a blanket and a chair.

Rocket Bleach closes out the 2026 season with 90s covers. Last chance to claim a spot on the lawn, snag a drink from the garden, and send summer off right. 🎸

The riverside market keeps rolling with fresh produce, local makers, a live set, and food. Catch it July 30 and again August 6.

Local art, music, free kids activities, and farm-fresh everything. Right there along the river in Carnation.

The sold data tells the story. A 5-bed in North Hill listed at $1,095,000 and sold for $1,102,500 in just 2 days on market. A townhome at The Ridge at Big Rock sat for 107 days and closed $25K under asking.

The takeaway is the same one I keep repeating: pricing and presentation still matter more than anything.

🏡 If you're thinking about buying: There are options at multiple price points right now. New construction at Sycamore starting at $649,950. A manufactured home in Duvall Highlands at $165K. Acreage properties going pending in the $800K to $925K range. This is a solid window to get in.

This week the spotlight goes to the Lee Arts Foundation and the crew behind the Art in Nature Walk happening right now on the Snoqualmie Valley Trail.

The Lee Arts Foundation is based in Carnation, and they teamed up with Fall City Arts and North Bend Art & Industry to do something pretty cool: turn 20+ miles of the SnoValley trail into a free, open-air gallery. Over 180 artists submitted original pieces, each one mounted on trees along the path between Carnation, Fall City, and North Bend. Every piece is for sale, and 100% of the money goes straight to the artists.

It is the second year they have done it, and it is bigger this time around. No tickets, no admission, no parking fees. Just walk or bike the trail and stop when something catches your eye. It runs through August 31.

Three small nonprofits, one trail, 180 artists, and zero barriers to entry. That is the SnoValley doing what the SnoValley does. Learn more at leearts.org.

This week: Remlinger Farms u-pick, 6117 Carnation-Duvall Rd NE, Carnation. Blueberry season is on right now and runs through August. Free entry, no reservation needed, and they hand you the picking flats. It is about a 10-minute drive from Main Street, and the fields sit right along Carnation-Duvall Road.

Here is the why now: peak blueberry season. The bushes are loaded. Grab a flat, fill it up, and you have got fresh blueberries for the week. Easy morning activity, and you are supporting a farm that has been part of this valley for decades.
